WORKMEN COMPENSATION INSURANCE

Employees while performing their duties under the custody of the insured as per Lebanese legislative decree 136/83 

* Extentions Cover to Include:

• Week-End overtime & holidays Extended Cover
• Traffic accidents during the journey to and from work.
• Work accidents arising out Of Lumbago, Hernia, Muscle Strains And Sunstroke Diseases are included up to USD 3,000/- Per Employee.
• Necessary Safety Measures Being Taken.
• NSSF &/OR 3rd Class Hospitalisation Treatment.



THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

Legal liability of the insured towards ‘third party’ for bodily injury and property damage arising out of any accident that occurs to the third party whilst within the boundary and immediate vicinity of the place of work.


* Extended Cover to Include:


• Food and drink poisoning US$5,000 per person & US$20,000 during period of Insurance (subject to a deductible US$50 each & every claim)
• Excluding professional liability &/or any kind of sickness
